This is for the woman who has been carrying a lot, showing up for everyone, and handling what life has required, but somewhere along the way started to feel disconnected from herself. If you have been buried beneath pressure, roles, expectations, or survival mode, this is your reminder that you are still in there. There is still more in you, and you do not have to keep settling for a version of yourself that only knows how to make it through.
